Six month assignment for an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in Retail Banking and Change Management.
This role sits within the Group Change function and will be focused on driving operational efficiencies in back office processing ( administration, call centres, etc) The role will be to review a wide portfolio of projects/programmes in this area which will cover efficiencies in people, process and technology and will be responsible for insuring projects are aligned to business strategy, cost/benefit realization is achievable, outsourcing and off shoring programmes are aligned etc Review of all controls and governance relating to best practice is also a fundamental part of this role.
Good project and programme management are essential as is the ability to positively impact this wide variety of programmes in this portfolio.
