Interim Contract Manager for an NHS Acute Trust

The Role

The post holder will be responsible for:
• Managing the Trust wide contract and business planning process liaising  closely with the Clinical and Corporate Directorates.
• The review and monitoring of contract activity against financial targets.
• Lead the annual process of negotiating PCT contracts and liaising with external commissioners.
• Improvement and development of information reporting and data accuracy.
• Liaison with Clinical Directorates concerning issues arising from contract reviews.


Essential experience criteria:
• 5 years management experience.
• Experience of contracting in NHS.
• Acute contract experience or experience of contracts for acute trusts.
• Project management experience.
