The Role

3 - 6 month role on a high profile business and technology change programme within a retail bank. As individual business clusters prepare for a major systems change, a Business Designer is required to manage dedicated work streams looking at overall business processes and structures which will be impacted by the technology change of new platforms. The Business Designer will have a strong understanding of the impact of process change from a functional and organisational perspective -ideally with experience of business scenario modelling and business operational design, ensuring business designs are aligned with programme objectives. Content expertise of mortgage products and end to end processing would be useful along with a broad understanding of retail banking.
