Interim Director of Brand and Customer Experience

The Role

Newly created role for this highly successful retail Bank aiming to re-invigorate the end to end customer experience for the business in line with corporate values and ethics. The role, reporting to the Marketing Director (main board) will be responsible for working with Heads of Product as well as the sales and retail director for understanding the customer base, looking at customer segmentation and profiling, customer journey, customer proposition and channels to market and the end to end customer experience. Brand management will involve taking these ideas and realising them in tangible and create marketing ways for branches, direct marketing, etc, running effective marketing campaigns and working with all areas of the business to ensure brand integrity and consistency. The role requires a strong combination of customer insight and experience as well as brand marketing in a retail financial services and preferably Banking, good communication skills and the ability to understand business values and objectives and the make this the foundation for the customer.
