The Role

A newly created role within a prestigious banking organisation. The role reports to the director of Policy and Operational Readiness and will take responsibility for a wide range of responsibilities from detailed operational planning, business modelling and planning, operational readiness for significant operational change/implementation strategies and a range of ad hoc duties.

The role requires a thorough knowledge of retail banking based on an extensive and varied career in Retail Banking including operations. Experience of dealing with a number of external parties from Professional advisors to the FSA and HM Treasury is also essential.

The role will suit a banking professional; ideally MBA qualified who enjoys variety, a combination of operational and strategic input with the gravitas to work at very senior level. The role is open on a permanent basis as well as on a FTC for 2 years.
