Interim Head of Nursing

The Role

An Interim Head of Nursing is required by a major ISTC Provider within the UK. You will take on the professional management of the ISTC within an existing Treatment Centre including the management of staff, clinical risks/issues, budget and providing exceptional quality care to patients. You will take the lead in providing strategic direction as well as ensuring the continuous development of staff.

It is essential to have experience gained at either Deputy/Head of, or Director level within a nursing function. Candidates from both the NHS and ISTC environment will be considered. The assignment is due to start ASAP and will last for 6 months+.
